Spring Break Horsemanship Program
March 11-15, 2019
Five days of hands on horses learning all the aspects of horse care! Participants will care for horses for all five days. They will feed them, groom them, exercise them, play with them, clean up after them and of course, they will ride. We will also learn all about history, welfare, riding styles, tack, horse communication and herd life.
The program will run Monday through Friday from 9 to 3 pm (we can be flexible if you need early drop off or late pick up). Kids can come one day or all week.
Pricing: One day $75 for one child
Week long price $300 for one child
Two Siblings $125 for one day
Two Siblings $450 for whole week
Bring your own lunch and snacks; just let us know if there are any food allergies we need to know about. A refillable water bottle is suggested.
PATH certified therapeutic riding instructor, Kendra Loring, is the facilitator for this program. She has over 20 years’ experience teaching Horsemanship and safety is her main concern. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions!
